What is a Martingale?
Patricia J. O’Connor is a Partner, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, a member of the Management Committee and the Risk Committee. Pat is responsible for the administration of client accounts and for the legal, compliance and financial matters of the firm. Prior to founding Martingale, Pat was a Trustee and Treasurer of Batterymarch Financial Management, where she was responsible for client administration, office management, and various accounting, trading and performance measurement functions. She began her business career at Gardner & Preston Moss in 1973, where she served as the Operations Control Supervisor and as an assistant portfolio manager.
Pat studied economics at the University of Massachusetts and has completed various finance and accounting courses at Boston College.
